Welcome to Kindergarten Form

The following information form has been mailed to your home address in a paper copy along with a welcome letter.  The paper form can be returned to me at K Orientation Night on August 23.  If you prefer, you may choose to fill it out online instead at the link below.  Thank you for taking the time to share this information with me.  I appreciate your help!

Kindergarten School Supply List

images I have most of the supplies your child will need for school this year, however there are a few items needed to begin Kindergarten:

* backpack (regular size)

*a snack for our morning break each day

*lunch box with cold lunch or hot lunch money

*durable 2-pocket folder to use as home folder (laminated or plastic)

*70 page single-subject spiral notebook

*Crayola crayons 24 pk.

*Expo markers 4 pk.

*beach towel to keep at school for Brain Break (beach towel will be returned mid-year)

*non-tie tennis shoes to keep at school for gym

*headphones/earbuds (These will be returned at the end of the school year–please label headphones with your child’s name and put in a Ziploc bag.)

Optional items to donate that are always needed in our classroom:

*Glue Sticks

*Ziploc bags (gallon or extra large 2 gallon size)

*Graham Crackers/Cheez-its/Fruit Snacks

*Hand sanitizer

*Clorox wipes/baby wipes


* Toys – We would appreciate any discarded toys you may have around the house. Small items such as any Happy Meal toys, party favors, stuffed animals, small dolls or match box cars are great. This is a wonderful way to clean out those closets. What may be your junk or unsold garage sale toys are TREASURES to kids for our prize box!

Welcome to my blog!  I am excited for a new school year to start!  I hope your child is looking forward to coming to school every day and have fun learning new things in Kindergarten.
